Range coordinator/ specialist, Product compliance and quality leader,Supply Sales Support

- follow-up on the end-to end compliance of the IKEA product offer throughout the retail operations;
- contribute to the product compliance work in the retail market, ensuring that company offer safe and compliant Home Furnishing & Food products to customers;
- monitor, identify, and report on national regulation, industry standards, health and safety standards;
- keep the company informed about product safety and compliance related deviations and/or risks;
- support in implementation of a new product to the assortment and ensure existing product availability in assortment;
- support in the fulfilment of reporting obligations for product safety to local authorities;
- monitoring the correctness of a product information and presentation in accordance requirements (legislation requirements and internal company requirements) in offline and online channels;
- organization of corrective actions to eliminate non-conformity of the product and information about it and to eliminate non-safe product from sales;
- work with the competence of employees in matters of safety and compliance;
- support in the execution of the product safety & compliance deviation and recall processes;
- support of business initiatives in matters regarding the conformity of the product and information about product;
- support the implementation of common product compliance processes, ways of working, tools and KPI’s and escalate any product related non-compliance and risks;
- actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and maximize impact (for example Digital, CFF (Customer Fulfilment), Communications, Sustainability, BNOF (Business Navigation Operations & Finance), People & Culture);
- support of business initiatives in matters regarding the conformity of the product and information about the product.

Product Quality Coordinator - IKEA TORG DC Esipovo
Responsibility: work and analyze store quality request from all stores in the region by program for quality; create and coordinate investigation about quality or safety reason, coordinate process between Retail, trading, product development unit, supplier; block article by quality and safety reason; issue claims; provide needed info for financial settlement; the claim's escalation/negotiation; ensure agreed actions are carried out and secure the best interest for company and customers/clients; communication ad work with department in areas: custom; finance, trading, logistic, product development, Retail.

Responsibility: responsible for providing WMS end users with actual training, training materials and/or resources; detect if there are knowledge gaps and initiate trainings if needed; daily and ongoing support function towards local end users; support operations in efficiency and availability analysis; follow up incidents and support requests from end users on a daily basis; keep contact and coordinate work with IT Helpdesk for additional support; monitor current performance of operations department and propose preventive actions; day to day maintenance of running system; maintenance and development of user management, change management and system releases; responsible for monitoring system quality by verifying that the system is in use and working according to the standards; set up and maintain an active communication with the end user community.
